Description
16 Russian Propaganda WWII post cards from late 1944- early 1945. Printed in the USA by the American Russian Institute in cooperation with the National Council of American-Soviet Friendship NY. Two show boy scouts (pioneers), and none military scenes such as endless meetings, ballet, hunting with a golden eagle etc. The backs talk about rebuilding after all the fighting. One showing Stalin has damage as a price tag had been placed on the front. One talks about how Stalin is beloved by all, which at this time is probably true as anyone who didn't love him were exterminated by the millions before these cards were printed.
