If this concerns you, please send me a note indicating you would like to add insurance BEFORE making payment. This will allow me to send a revised invoice to reflect this additional charge.
• I will be happy to combine shipping on multiple wins, just send me a note letting me know you’d like to do this. I will then send you an invoice reflecting the revised shipping costs.
Refunds…
• Refunds are only offered if I have misrepresented the item. Please contact me to help resolve any issue you may have with the item. And please make note refunds are not issued if you have chosen not to insure your item and it arrives damaged or if the post office fails to deliver your item.
